Anyone got advice[/quote]If you are more of a chinese based family,Chung Cheng Yishun would be a better choice.Went to their open house on Saturday and was pretty impressed.Really nice school and a really funny principal.And Chung Cheng is also sheltered all the way,good for rainy days.Read more on their website,there's even a virtual tour of the school.

He wants to go IP, can he try Victoria IP? If he gets in Victoria Express, does he have any chance to go IP in sec 2 or sec 3 in Victoria?

It is possible.The subject with an A may be a really low A,while the other subjects with A* may be just reaching A* and not a high one.If he performs well in Sec 1 and 2,he has a chance of transferring to the IP track later on.
