We need to register my daughter for P1 in 2021 and we are buying a flat at Boon Keng. Hong Wen is the preferred school which is within 1km. As per the history, it required balloting even for <1km for 2C; While other schools within 1-2km i.e St Joseph's, St Andrew's also have very low chance to enroll in Phase 2C(S). Need suggestion on backup plan and if fail in 2C, what's the rules for MOE to assign the kids to? Thanks!
