Planning for Japan Trip in Dec.

Base the draft itinerary as below, can seek any advise; buy only 1 way bullet train from kyoto to Tokyo or JR pass is more better? based the itinerary, Local train is more convenient for trip around Tokyo?

Day1 flying to Osaka (stay at Kyoto)
Day2 & 3 kyoto
Day4 take train from Kyoto to Tokyo
Day5 Mt. Fuji (1day trip)
Day6 to Day 8 Tokyo (included Disneyland 1 day Trip) prefer only 1 hotel stay in Tokyo.
Day 9 HSH from Haneda
