I have very bad experience with their communication. My son is first time on full day facility and much has been emphasized to the centre about his ability adapting to the environment. They promise they always communicate to the parents every week but I do not get it. First day of school, I found out from the form teacher he was on used mattress which was paid beforehand. Then, my helper told me his uniform was used to wrapped around his urinated underpant and kept in his school bad without any plastic bag. I did a sneak peek on my son. Teacher was calling for the kids reminding them to drink up their water. My son’s bottle was emptied. I requested for the teacher to fill up a little water for him and it was not done. Then, my son came back with a slightly dirty face (dried mucus on it). During my observation, I did not noticed any tissue around. hah… I gently feedbacked to one of the teacher and she ended up defensive and argued with me, putting blame on me saying I should provide plastic bags in his bag which my helper exclaimed back that there was more than one she prepared. Terrible!!
