actually my girl already had a place in another school from previous phase but I wanted her to go CHIJ. so I dunno if I should withdraw and apply for chij but worried balloting required since I stay between 1-2km

would your suggest that I should apply Xinmin primary under phase 2a2 1st, then at phase 2c, I will monitor the situation in CHIJ OLN/HIPS, as in vacancies available. if need be I will get my hubby to station at xinmin primary for immediate withdrawal.

so that means they will collect all registration till 430pm then from there if the no of ppl who register exceeds the no of vacancies then balloting requires?
Will the school actually announce the no of vacancies remains at intervals?
