School max vacancy is constant.

More babies born = more applicants = higher chances of ballot for all distance
Less babies born = less applicants = lower chances of ballot for all distance / some distance may scrap through

Dragon Year is among the highest of the high (an outlier).

I called the school and the lady who answered the call said that to me - SC within 1km all in

Confirm!!! No balloting for within 1km

I only know as at 11.51am, there are 68 SC <1km.


Did anyone call the school to check for the latest?
