I do not understand how i will lose big time under new scheme. i am under old scheme i think -when i hired her, it was transiting to new scheme.

it was a partial offset… she gets $170, $280 was used to offset the loan every mnth for 8mths until what i paid upfront for her loan gets cleared. So after 5 mths, she has quite a bit of monies - i am asking if that salary may be used to offset the loan?


I can opt to transfer her but think that is passing the problem to someoneelse and provided she is agreeable to transfer.

My maid wants to go back but still owes an outstanding loan of 3mths - She has collected some 5mths of salary already and therefore has enough money to settle this loan if she wants. I would like to check if this is legal for us to take that monies that was paid out as salary prior or we need to forfeit the outstanding loan if we let her go back?
