May I check what if I fail in Phase 2B exercise, what will happen after that?
Do I automatically drop to Phase 2C or I have to choose another available school?

Hi, can someone enlighten me:-

1) If for past history the school only ballot within 1km for phase 2A2 onwards so does that mean that I don’t even stand a chance to ballot if my address is within 1-2km? I’m under phase 2B.
2) If I’m out under phase 2B I will drop to phase 2C. So am I right to say I still won’t get a chance to ballot in phase 2C as well?
3) So should I appeal or choose another school instead? If ever I need to appeal, at which phase do I appeal? After 2B or 2C etc?
