It rewarding to see the girls performing after so much hardwork. Extremely tiring for mummies n the kids as hours are long.

No doubt the teachers put in a lot of effort so should applaud for them. But the logistics by Sch are terrible:
1. Food not suitable for young child below 6, black pepper sphgattie
2. Did not recognise first time parents will be worry, no briefing on what is all abt to prepare them emotional
3.1 wk before performance then inform parents that we have to do make-up n bun up their hair ??? Mummy has to take leave, no experience - stress
4. 1 wk before, costume n shirt. $75 - great no choice but to pay
5. Not all mummies inform of Sch volunteer scheme is opened for registration
6. no sympathy of parent's anxiety with kids as young a 4 so will want to care for them
7. Venue is not convenient
8. No cafe for parents to get food while waiting or buy other food for kids.
9. Security is lax
10. Hours are too long for young ones ..

My girls first and last performance with The Sch of Dance..

My DD also in the concert which was rewarding to see them performace. I guess you are the lady who was shouting over the phone, complaining and complaining. Ashamed to see you as a parent that you don't understand how hard the teachers has worked so far. So many performers that have to be taken care of.

1. Cakes and doughnuts were provided and kids love it.

2. The school of dance gave informations about the details for parents to note like make-up and things to bring. What kind of emotion briefing you need?

3.The school of dance not only train the girls also they want to train the parents so that you will be more engaged with your child!! ( not just throw everything to the teachers or the school, reminded that there are almost 400 participants and unless you want them to be there from 6am in the morning to do make up and hair.)

4. First of all, if you do a concert and measurements are taken definately there will be costume and there will a cost to it right?

5. Volunteers are for parents that are capable of taking care of other children which i don't think you have that heart. Selfish mother that only care for your own daughter.

6. There are so many seniors and parent volunteer were taking care of them. At times they have to learn alittle independant with mummy.

7. What kind of location you looking for? Just plainly finding things to complain!!!

8. So now you want the school to cater for 800 parents and 400 kids?? Come on!!! Think of the whole picture!!!

9. There are security guards and many parents around. Kids are champeroned where ever they goes!

10. Hours long is good training for them eventually they go Primary school.

You are just pain in the ass!!
