Hi 24hr-mum,
Thanks for your reply. I apply via P2 result. My dd’s result was quite good so far, but the school work is very heavy, no chance to develop her other talents. I have not confirmed the transfer yet as my dd really miss her friends/teachers in the current school, the teachers are very caring. However, I cannot imagine having to pressurize her to study that hard for another 4 yrs.
I understand that St Nicholas has a more holistic curriculum rather than overly stress on academic achievement. Did your dd participate in any leadership / character development program, CCA?
Do you know how different is the standard between the better classes and the normal classes?

RE: CHIJ St Nicholas Girls'
Hi Mummies,
Need your advice on St Nicholas.
I am planning to transfer my dd from another SAP school to St Nicholas next year for P3. Just wondering how stressful is the school? How are the teachers here, are they caring and dedicated? Do most parents send their girls for external tuition rather than relying on the school teachers? Is it easy to communicate with the teachers? I am very anxious as I know the school standard is very high and don't know if my dd can adjust well.
Sorry for so many questions !
