Just to share from what I got from the seminar. Speaker is Ang Moh with 17 years of experience in London market and very familiar with the area and has a lot of connection with corporate leasing. In case someone here is looking purely for investment.


For me main purpose is for my kids to study coz i dont want to pay rental and the money just gone with the wind. investment is secondary.

The location of the project itself it is very nice. very vibrant, it is a residential area near the biggest marina in London. So more high class area. and the transportation facilities like bus, MRT is nearby.

Pricing wise it is about 700 pounds per square feet. I am trying to calculate if I can afford to get the 1 bedroom. the market rental for the 1 br is about 400 pounds/SGD 800 per week which i think is too high if i rent a 1 bedroom apartment for my kids to study there.

coz that would be about SGD 3500 per month. Good luck parents
