Hi, my son is a baptised Catholic but my husband and I are not. Are we considered phase 2B or phase 2C?
In any case, you would probably be applying under Phase 2C if neither you nor your husband are Catholic. If either of you are a lapsed Catholic but still have your baptism certificate, then you can technically apply under Phase 2B.
The schools I enquired with were pretty strict about needing the parents’ baptism certificates; they didn’t need to see the child’s.
As the previous posters mentioned, it’s probably best to enquire directly with the schools you’re thinking of enrolling your son in.
