Thanks for your kindly reply , I downloaded all KG list, then I will mark in map and filt 10 KGs . for the my first skool, I will contact them ASAP. As a foreigner without EP/PR, I just browsed the internet, find the process as following:

1 Find a KG and contact if there is free vacancy and accept foreign students.
2 Watch place and confirm , register, in SG
3 Come SG to apply student's PASS(no sponsor required)
4 Apply Monther Accompanying PASS(Local Sponsor requried)
