Hi everyone! I am new here and hoping some of you can help me. We will be moving to SG in July and will be staying in Bukit Timah area (near Coronation plaza). I am looking for a pre-school for my twins aged 2.5 years now and have shortlisted Odyssey at Fourth Avenue, White Lodge at Linden Drive and Rain Trees Kindergarten at Kheam Hock Road. Anyone has any feedback regarding any of these schools? Much appreciated, thanks!!

I find orange tree aircon very cold and the open concept is kind of noisy.

Hi, does anyone have any feedback about Little Wonders Montessori (they have 2 branches - Jln Remaja & Cedarwood Grove) as well as Loveshine Montessori? Appreciate if you have any other recommendations for a good school for my toddler. Thank you.

Hi, I dropped by Our Juniors’ Schoolhouse, ITE branch @ CCK this morning. This is a new branch opened in Mar. 2013. I’d say the facility is impressive - the brand new classrooms are spacious and well organized; the two bathrooms and kitchen area look nice and clean. The baby area has separate bathroom and kitchen. For babies who can crawl and walk, they have a 2mx3m cushioned area for them to move around, and anther seperate room for nap. The overall arrangement is bright, colorful and pleasant. Now they’ve got only 3 babies with two teachers. For PN and N1, they got about 20 kids overthere, all look happy and behave. Tracy, the principle, attended us and I got a good first impression of her. She told me for toddler the ratio is 1:6. The down side is the whole school is airconed and feels quite cold for me, and they only have an indoor playground. The principle told me that babies are going out for half an hour everyday, but the kids get to play outdoor only once or twice per week

I’m considering to put my 11mo baby in this center, highly appreciated if any one here can give me more feedback

hi fellow mummies, i've been reading up here and it seems there isn't much discussion wrt \"Salvation Army Child Care\" at Fajar Road. I do know that this is a rather small centre and running on quite basic amenities. In fact I like that it's a non-airconditioned place. 🙂

But other than these factors, does any mummy have any feedback about the teachers and the curriculum offered by this centre?
                    Many thanks!

We put our son in the Loewen gardens preschool thinking it would be a nice small family school. Even though the teachers are nice and friendly, we have been very disappointed with the way how the school is run. A lot of sudden changes in management, last minute fees increase and very inflexible rules for reimbursing the deposit gave us the impression that the school is very money oriented. The premisses are small and in need of some works and the program offered is relatively short. I would not recommend to working parents. For us this school is nothing more than an average over priced expat oriented school…

I just registered my girl at Agape Kids Campus at 1 Cashew Terrace. Nice and cozy place with good teachers and principal.Reg my two girls one for K1 and the other student care. will always get updates from teachers. Small group teaching and nice food for lunch too. My two girls are always looking forward to go to school and sharing with me about the school. I am able to focus on my work at ease with them in the care of the teachers.=)
