Btw we book a service apartment by Frasers group. Not sure if this is a good idea but my dH says its near shopping and we have washing machine and kitchenette which we can use.
Peapot
Frasersuite is nice though I have not stay there before but read good reviews. Insadong is a place where u can find traditional & culture stuff, lots of handicraft works. It's one of the tourist attraction. -
Thks mummychia for yr info.

hi hi
i will be travelling to Seoul in mid June. Anyone been to seoul in june before? May i know how’s the weather like?
We will be staying at Ann Guest House at Hongaik University and Metro Hotel Myeondong. -
Hi ladies,
My friend came back with the same Dragonhill Spa at Yongsan.
Day entrance is 5000 won and Night is 10,000 won. This is a family spa where all genders can go. I’ve never been there and I googled and it’s a huge one! Lots of facilities, looks good.
The one I went to 9 yrs ago was at Jamsil and it’s strictly for female only. It looks like a local spa where all ahjummas frequent. I don’t see any tourist at all and I think I paid 20,000 for 2 pax with food and other services. I don’t know if my friend paid some or not as I did not understand a word of Korean then. -
Yahoo! Thks Dasalo for the info.

hi hi
gangchon rail park sounds interesting! May i know if there’s an age limit or min height for kids? My youngest is 4 yrs old.
can we put them on our lap?
May i know how long does it take to travel from seoul (hongaik) to gangchon rail park? Thanks! -
dragonmummy:
i haven't been there yet. so this is based on my research and what i saw on tv. the rail bike goes pretty slow and should be safe. but someone has to be pedalling. the ride is about 7-8 km long and takes about 1.5 hours. if your 4yo can sit still for that distance and time, should be ok.hi hi

To travel to GRP from Seoul, it takes about an hour according to the korail website. Subway will be longer, about 1.5 hours. -
Thanks for the info
Any families travelling around mid june period? Am still wondering about what to pack for the kids? The weather should be quite warm? Am also thinking where in seoul can we plan a day to their beach? -
Dragon mummy there is no “city beach” in seoul. But u can check out Han River park , there may be summer activities. Bring some light jacket for kids in case get chilly in the night .

It's now even easier to get to Everland theme park with the opening of the new Yongin EverLine light rail system!
Transfer to the EverLine at Giheung station along the Bundang Line subway and travel in comfort all the way to Everland. The journey time on the EverLine is just ~40 minutes!
