U student mah... Right? When I was schooling, I was also like that - wake up early, nap, sleep late. Now cannot lor. I sleep shortly after my child sleeps, which is around 9plus. Unless I am kept awake by my iPad, then maybe later. Once in a while, I would watch videos thru the night. 9 - 1.30am follow hubby go gym as he trains very very late
1.30 - 2.30 cook for hubby, wash clothes, clean house
Go gym and then still do household chores… double whammy for working up those abs! 佩服佩服!!
I sleep at like 9.30AM… I know im the black sheep of this thread… heheee… my hubby say cos I have no motivation to stay awake and treat sleep like a form of escapism as well… any tips to make me stay late? -
I am a total night owl! But I think it's also because by the time my toddler finally goes to sleep, that's the only (peaceful) time I have to myself so I can spend time with my hubby, or finally watch my tv shows! I know it's not a good habit though... :snooze:

after 12 am is my ‘me’ time though i know to sleep after 12 am daily is definitely not so healthy… old already… so nowadays try to alternate.
