Looking out for emails from NYGH and DHS too. Judging from the many posts here, most schools should have just started their shortlisting so next week should be a crucial week especially for sports DSA. But can’t help feeling anxious too after reading the posts here. 😅

I am guessing that there has been no “shortlisting” or screening so far…IMO the requests for further submissions, especially for VA portfolio, Innovation projects (these type of things) are extended to all who applied cos it’s hard for the panel to assess without any look at the relevant stuff.

Likewise for Sports trials, I guess all applicants will be invited for mass trials since it’s not much more hassle for the coaches to assess a few more (or a few dozens more, especially team sports) on the day.

I thought so too but given that the DSA application form allows applicants to list their achievements etc., I thought some basic screening would be done. Anyway, we'll know if rejections come out which means that there is some amount of shortlisting. I do agree that the bulk of which will be done following the auditions etc.
