Our school didn’t provide training as well.. Same as yours. Hmm… How would you know if you did well for the Rso trial? No answers and results were released for the trial.
Not bad, there is training by school, then not too bad. He will get some pointers. My boy’s school didn’t even provide training -.-, can only self study last year for both. RSO, the trial mock questions will give you a good indication of where he stands. If he does well for the mock questions, I believe a medal is possible.

Last year the trial was done at their own school online. Results of the online mock questions was immediately generated after submission. E.g. 8/10 or 80%. I thought this year would be the same. I guess they changed the trial. But it’s weird not to give your results/answers for the trial or mock questions, isn’t it? Hmmmmm… I wonder why the change then…

Yes only applies to West zone schools. For primary 6 students only. But it’s not really an Olympiad since it is a team event (in 3s). More like a science carnival of sorts. The interesting part it is more STEM related, so theory questions will include mathematics and Computer science, no astronomy.

Yes only applies to West zone schools. For primary 6 students only. But it’s not really an Olympiad since it is a team event (in 3s). More like a science carnival of sorts. The interesting part it is more STEM related, so theory questions will include mathematics and Computer science, no astronomy. -

RSO phase 1 results is out yesterday. The teacher in charge already shared the result to the kids.
