RI: Rejection letter on 5 Aug, CO on 7 Aug
VS track: I doubt they issue CO confirmation yet, cos 7 Aug , they send out email saying result out end Aug or early Sep.Why not we keep the info for official email , rather than Verbal?

Aug 24 will pass very quickly. Next week is PSLE Oral week cum DSA interview for some of the schools. It is unlikely for schools to send out any results, especially bad news.
Following week will be prelim week. Again, MOE most likely would have reminded all schools refrain from sending out any results as well. If any, it will invite tons of feedback.
After the prelim week, that’s when all the schools will send out the official outcome. That’s also the official window for the official release of results, stated in MOE website.
Thus, as for now, schools are using this period to wrap up their selection and prepare the official email, and blast out on 26 Aug AM.

Hi @uncleben Why 26 Aug AM? I was under the impression that the results will be release by 9th September as per MOE website.

@uncleben just fyi, prelims timetable is not standardized across all schools. Some may have it earlier, some later. Some split across the weekend (like psle), others will organize all subjects in 1 week.

@hdbmummy Just my prediction.
They have sufficient time (from now till 25 Aug 24) to prepare all CO/ WL/ Rejection email and be ready to send out in a morning, as compare to the initial phase. 26 Aug 24 is the earliest possible date to release the results (at least for HCI, stated on their website). But, just a wishful guess though.
