While we emphasise with Singaporean kids who have to relocate due to their parents’ overseas work, MOE should consider the potential implications of offering DSA to foreign students. Given the relatively high turnover rate among foreign residents, they come and go pretty fast. A lot of them might leave in just a few years. It’s worth questioning whether the DSA policy is truly serving the best interests of local Singaporean students in the long run. -

We received email from SCGS yesterday 9/Sep, 5.02pm.

Yes we received the WL at 1850hrs last evening.
Hopefully you got the CO as wished…
