I have always believed that hubbies should respect their wives as equals. Respect their opinions etc.. Open communication.. I dislike men who belittle their wives or put them down in any way.. Whether in public or at home..

A friend of dh restricted his wife's hair style, dressing, strictly no make up , ticked his wife off in public and yet he proudly declares to group of friends that his wife is docile & listens to him, ask her to turn right, she dares not turn left :slapshead:

He even go around offering his wise advice to friends regarding the appropriate way to handle their wives. He thinks everyone else is too henpecked

No one says it to his face although behind his back, they feel sorry for his wife & concluded he has low self esteem

This kind of men.. Act smart only.. If my hubby tells anyone I'm docile, he shall see who will be the docile one at night

I bought 1 Chinese assessment book so far. Been very selective because I doubt there is time to do much. So not sure if justify the trip to Suntec.

Already stock up on stationery, enough to run a stationery shop at home :rotflmao:
Kids are so amused when they saw my collection. Mummy you have a dozen of everything! yeah yeah, I got carried away la

Bought a pair of O'Shara jeans from Isetan today and CNY clothing for dd1 from O'Shara too. I love this brand's accessories. Bought a few shawls & one belt previously. My first attempt at buying their clothes though.

Clothing is something I like, the more the merrier. So now I'm beginning my shopping for CNY. Planning to bring dd1 to mphosis to buy a few belts before Xmas. And need to buy dd2's clothes. My shoes and even more clothes ๐Ÿ˜‰

Mango is having sale now. Kind of messy so I don't know where to look. Came out empty handed

assessment books...definitely sufficient for the year ahead. son in sec 2 next year...won't have time for assessment books.

stationery...not worth going to bookfest and suffer the crowd just for prices a little cheaper.

new clothes...already bought. from time to time when I go to town and there are worth buys, have bought a few pieces for kids. I like naf naf now...got a few pieces during isetan private sale in sep.

kids said I can open a mini watsons with the toiletries I have at home :rotflmao:
