Few hours after my first jab, just having some soreness at the area of the jab.
Normal and the soreness is likely to last till tmr.
Just move your arm regularly; it helps for me.

          MKS

I drank more water before and after the jab. I didnt feel thirsty. For my 2nd jab, I felt slightly feverish and popped a couple of panadol but I still went to work as normal bec it was not bothering me much.

I didn’t feel thirsty either, but drank more water as recommended. Also drank a bit of coconut water, which is recommended to prevent any high fever.

I didn’t get any fever in the end, but felt totally drained and tired for the next 3 days. Had to nap on those days (and even 2 naps on one of those days!) Totally didn’t expect that since I had just recovered from heavy menses prior to my jab. Was feeling my optimum for the jab & then totally wiped out after.

I also felt fatigue for 2 days after the jab, although not quite as serious as ZM. Just very lethargic and not inclined to do anything. I thought it was just a lazy phase, actually, but my husband said it was probably the jab.

Rest well MKS. Drink plenty. Don’t exercise. Give yourself a couple of days break. If next day no symptoms, shld be fine alr.

I had soreness on my arm, a little headache in the night but bounced back next day alr. I thot I’ll be getting it worse coz I’ve pre-existing allergic rhinitis. Just thankful.

I guess different people have different reactions. My brother (who is 2 years younger than me) took the Pfizer jab & his only side effect was sore arm for 1 day.

Mine was Moderna btw. So far I noticed those people with stronger side effects (tho not crippling adverse reactions) are females who took Moderna, and younger than 45. Some friends had a huge red patch on their entire upper arm.

I took M too. But much older than 45! My husband had slight fever for a couple of days after M.

But the good thing was that we got a very early slot. Now waiting to see what my daughter can get.

There are plenty of slots, but if you’re limited to weekends and near your house then you may have to wait for a later date.

Eg for me, I waited till many of my age group had taken theirs. When I went to book mine one Monday evening, there were still slots for the very next day 8am and 8.30am. Provided willing to travel. I was ok with that since we live in central SG and DH could drive me anywhere (I picked Buona Vista CC).

My mom reminded me to drink more water. She says later in evening may feel thirsty and told me not to talk so much lol. So far I m ok. Esteema, yes just feeling grateful no allergies as of now. I try to be calm, drink coffee in case headache. Aircon turned on so far no feel of ‘warmer’ in body.

This morning I didn’t expect jam. Quite many ppl going for jab I feel.
