As my BIL and FIL passed away consecutively in this few months suddenly, it is a mental blow to my DH and the after effect of omicron infection makes his situation worse. He coughs when he is sleeping. I am the pillar of my DH at this difficult time and I cannot fall down even I am under huge pressure from my work. Although I try my best to think positively, but sometimes may still be frustrated by my circle of colleagues or friends.
I am not a Christian but if there is God, I hope the God can give me power to face all difficulties in front of me now.[/quote]

My DH had been coughing more esp at night & he just woke up awhile ago coughing blood. He says he now u’stands what DS’s classmate went through & it is true one can cough blood. Just gave him Betadine to gargle & then he takes his cough mixture trying to sleep again. I’m praying for his recovery too.
Tough times cannot break us & 🙏🏻 I pray that God will give you the strength & wisdom & lift your spirits up. Remember you in my prayers. Be strong dear Liew. 💪🏻
Do sleep well for it’ll give you the strength after you allow yourself to rest in & be comforted. You’re not alone. -
LNW, it is indeed a difficult time for all to come in within short time frame for your dh and you be pillar to your dh. Body not having fully recovered making it worse. Have better rest and you are right you cannot fall down at this time. Try to be strong for him. You can always come in here to talk, to let go yr frustration if you find it difficult to keep. Take care.

Gurgling the Orasyl really helps. After coughing blood in the middle of night, I got him up to gurgle & he had slept so well till now still in bed. No more coughing or sniffles. The power of “povidone- iodine, that helps reduce the volume of Covid-19 particles in the throat”. Apparently, Orasyl is the better one. We’ve not tried Betadine.
Liew, maybe can get yr hubby to try & hope he’ll recover fast. You take care of yourself too. Stay safe 🙏🏻
Apparently, Orasyl is a very hot item now which goes off the shelves very quickly.

Last night was a bit exhausted because have to finish all the works before taking compassional leaves and ran from office to the wake and return home in a rainy night. But better now after 7 hours sleep. We as a wife cannot fall down as we need to take care our DH. -

Good to know u slept sufficiently. Do rmbr to hv a hot bath & wash out the rain water fr your hair. Sounds tough for you now having to rush yr work to handover to colleagues. Once u ride thro this period, 会再见晴天的。

Will always pray for anyone who asks, that’s the least I can do but it’s the best that I can offer - coz it’s when we’re weak, our friends can help carry our burdens to Jesus and He said He will give rests. Give Him all your worries. Just tell him in your heart.
Hope you sleep well tonight too & take care of yr hubby. If can, get him the Orasyl gurgle or mouth spray. You’re yr hubby’s best supporter.
