I went thro clinical depression in the mid-80s & nvr want to hv sight of it ever. So, the slightest sign, I’ll do all I can to stay positive. I’ll take proactive actions to solve issues if within my ability. Those beyond me, I’ll just pray for grace to overcome. Thinking positive & doing sth to help stay positive is one way. It’s so sweet of yr DH to support your thro the low times. Take care & be of good cheer!

Agree with esteema, don't let yourself go into it. Watch tv, go gai gai, eat, shop, read whatever..

I m tired now.. so in between my work. I just come in read msg..when I got worked up last time..I also come in here..or just go read news .. sometimes the issues/tiredness can just go off/lessen..

Thank you Esteema and MrKiasu. I am fine now. We cannot control how other people behave but we can control our thinking.

Coming weeks will be very busy as a few dinners needed to be hosted and have committed to attend a few boardgames events. Last night, a friend asked me to join him for games at Simei but it is too far for me.

I am fortunate to be supported by you, DH and many good friends. :rahrah:
