I wish I can do so too.
This free water can be used to flush the toilet.
I will be very heavy to carry up to your flat!

It cleared up at my office by 4pm. It was still raining over at your side till late?

When I got home, I saw that someone had left 2 big pails out in the open to collect rainwater, and they were full to the brim! Not sure who did that, but they must be very frugal! Or wanting to get unchlorinated water, I guess.
The rain was stopped after 0500pm at my side and luckily I didn't get wet....no chicken soup for Star :rotflmao:

Hi to all the experienced mummies and daddies …

can anyone share how you deal with “overly-concerned” relatives, colleagues, neighbours etc etc on the PSLE result release day?

I had enough answering for the past 1 year on PSLE-related topics :siam:

I taught my kid to reply “差不多lah. Ok lah. Happy enough.” Vague enough to mean anything lol.

Thanks for asking. I was busy chkg info and around lunch time realised the pain almost gone. Went out for walk and grocery shopping after dinner. Carry a bag of grocery and can feel some pain coming back. Better refrain from carrying heavy stuff next few days.

Gardeners typically love rain water for its minerals for their plants. I collect them at one stage when I started my mint collection & the propagation root very fast & furious. Maybe yr neigbor is an avid gardener?

Just be vague - \"We're happy with the results\", \"Good enough\", \"About what we expected\" etc, then change the subject quickly! For the most inquisitive who won't let it go, just say that your family has agreed not to disclose the exact results, or that it's your child's request not to disclose.

If you change the subject and keep talking, you can deflect the questions, and hopefully they will get distracted (or you can leave!).
