I fell on an escalator the other day & my ears got serrated with a small skin peeled out. DH was behind whilst others didn’t know how to react. Thankfully, my ear wasn’t sliced & intact. Almost blackout fr the shock. DH managed to get some alcohol, gauze & plaster. Had a warm cuppa & rebound to steady self.

I was feeling shaken even when I read it. It must be a shock to you and your dh then. Luckily just skin tearing off. Take care. I have cracked heel and feeling a little pain there..should have put some antiseptic cream.

I cant go for quantity now.
I cant eat as much as before and hence eat some and enjoy family bonding time.

If u hv aloe Vera, can apply to yr crack heels. Just sliced off & use the jelly part. You can apply the jelly to yr skin daily too. I’ve got a gfrd who collect lots at one time before she grew many big pots for her daughter’s hair. She’s got long lucious black hair!

I wish I hv my aloe coz it’s hard to find a doc here & ive to go to a hospital. Errr, think if they’re no big issue, I’ll wait out till I see my family doc. I’ve a new tube of anticeptic cream he prescribed for my trip. Just troublesome can’t sleep on the injured side.

I’m searching for German pork knuckles! Hope I find a good place for pork knuckles lunch. The hotdogs here not bad.

We’re getting quite adventurous to try African food after trying them last night. It’s just heavenly & unique. We had a spread of well marinated tasty chicken, lamb & beef with a variety of salad, yoghurt, and what they call injeri. A wonderful meal I must say!

Thk u dear. It was a misstep. Didn’t expect it either. We’re quite slow & go easy in this trip alr. DH was saying we need to do less winter trips. Maybe do Spring or Autumn type of just before summer heatwaves.
