Poor thing! Get her to rinse with warm salt water. If she is brave, putting salt directly on the ulcer works wonders, but hurts like mad.

Niece is preparing for her A levels. I think all the stress has gotten to her. She started developing ulcers in her mouth and tongue. It was so bad that she has problem eating.
