:xedfingers: my fingers for you! Hope you can still find good ones tomorrow! :xedfingers:Hopefully I am able to squeeze out some time tomorrow, and hopefully there's still fresh mangoes left for this Happy Mama!
Phew! Thank goodness your lufa wasn't as bad as what you thought it would be.... :celebrate:
Yes,
I expected the dish to be worse than that as I cut the lufa, but
luckily didn't turn out to be as bad as I expected, the lufa were not as old as I suspected.

Augmum:
Mine will not only complain \"not full\", but to add insult to injury, he would go downstairs to tak pau fried rice! :slapshead: :frustrated:haha, same for my hub.
if i would to cook italian baked rice, i would need to cook separately for him, usually would be fried rice for him.
one day dun eat rice, whole day keep gumbling \"not full\". :slapshead: :frustrated:
I always tell him that he would die if he were to live in Western countries or if we were to go there for a holiday! :stupid:
Our husbands are just like my friend's husband. They have been living in USA for close to two decades but yet, he needs his CHINESE meal every day! Another rice bucket, no rice will die! :slapshead: -

Hi maid, I can't remember where you posted the pix of your schnoodle. Did you say it was an abandoned puppy? I just found out that schnoodles cost a pretty penny. Wonder why people spend so much on a puppy only to abandon it. So sad.

Hi jtoh
My dog's pictures were posted in your thread. Remember we were talking about dogs and you wanted to see how she looks like?
Anyway, for record, she's not a Schnauzer x Poodle. She's a Scottish Terrier x Poodle and that makes her even more special. I have yet to come across another of her breed after having had her for so many years and she always draws attention whenever we are at the dog run or dog events!
Yes, it beats me too. According to the SPCA records, she was a lost puppy, found and surrended to the SPCA when she was only 3 months old and it was only after she was a bit older, at 5 months, after being sterilised that she was put up for adoption and that was when I adopted her, one February Saturday morning, 7 years ago. Have not looked back since!
And Scottish Terriers are very rare in Singapore. -
