Yes, there's red hoon kueh flour, think there is a green too. No, it's not for the \"nine layer kueh\" but for the dessert called hoon kueh itself.

\"Nine layer kueh\" uses rice flour.

It is not the \"nine layer kueh\" that you saw on the packaging. It's the hoon kueh dessert itself. BTW, I have edited my previous reply. \"Nine layer kueh\" uses rice flour, not hoon kueh flour.
