Yes, they have 口福 and they are spoilt rotten! :lol: Every year must have my homemade BK since I started doing it a few years back, otherwise sure to hear 'complaints' if they cannot find it at my mum's place on CNY!
Another must have for them is Kopi O, the thicker the better.
One of my uncles even called my BK XX香, a dub from BCH, but with XX being my Chinese name! :lol: -

You asked me about the red colour in in BK last night and I said I used all natural ingredients to achieve that. Now I am trying to google for something which a lot of people use to give the red colouring in their BK and I want to tell you that I do not use that in mine as that would affect the taste drastically but I simply cannot find the name now, trying to google for it, will post it when I find it.

Okay, got it. It's called red fermented bean curd. Don't ever use that even if you think it would give you the red colouring to your BK. Just try to imagine the taste of fermented bean curd in your BK. :siam:
Sorry, I can't share my recipe with you, but just want to warn you not to use that for your BK if you should ever attempt to make some. I also found that there are some who use ketchap, another :!: item not found in my recipe. -
