So far, do and your spouse take turns to teach/coach the kids?

My hubby is very busy at work, though he said ok to help, but he did not. I find it quite tough to teach as i have DD2 who is 4 yrs old and she will also wants my attention. hence it gets hard to concentrate when i am teaching my DD1.

Yeap, we do. I revise with my P1 gal, my hubby will revise with the P5 boy. I know what u meant and fully understand is tough cos my gal used to wants my attention when I was coaching my older one.

If you have not taken a Chinese Exam before, what makes you say that Tamil is more difficult than Chinese? I have not seen a Tamil paper before, but I do not go around saying that Chinese Exam is easier than Tamil.

Please do not make sweeping statements like this.

It's easier with 2 pair of hands to handle 2 kids. My hubby busy at work too. So, I had to \"bribe\" my younger one (K2) in order to have time to coach my elder kid. I let her do her favourite \"work\" - drawing and coloring. That she can do for a long time whilst I revise with my elder kid. Anyway, my elder one also has short attention span, so revision cannot be too long. Need to break up with breaks and some hands-on (doing).

sounds familiar, i also have to make my young one do craft work, she can be quiet for some time, but the elder one also short attention span, so i figure it may be better to have them in separate rooms. i will try to get my maid to supervise my younger one, since my hubby dont really help...sian
