I think the drama is so so only, but for the art side, it is better than the drama dept.
My boy is almost 1 yr in Nafa’s art, he is enjoying it and I will be continuing him into the second yr next year. -

Called NAFA and understand that the Preparatory Bilingual Compere Class is purely to develop personal confidence, stage presence, and bilingual public speaking skills in English and Mandarin - no drama involved.
I have signed up for the Jan 2012 intake for my DS as I hope to improve his public speaking skill and will see how it goes. -
My boy went there when he was 6 yrs old. So he was the youngest, The rest are older than him and very outspoken. He felt left out and keep telling he does not enjoy the class.
Comparing the art class vs drama, I think he enjoys more the drawing art than the drama class.
So he will continuing into his second yr with art class @ Nafa. -

I wanted to sign up for the art class at Nafa but the waiting list for 2012 is already closed. Was asked to email them in Jan 2012 to put my name on the waitlist for 2013. So if you are interested, would suggest you to put your name for the waitlist. -
Hi
I waited for a year on the mailing list. And registration, I queued 3 hrs… But thank goodness, once my elder boy in, sibling registration is easy. -
hi,
The primary aim of the NAFA Compere course is to enable beginners to develop personal confidence, stage presence, as well as bilingual public speaking skills in English and Mandarin.
thank you!!! -
Glad to add that NAFA compere class has helped my shy son to ‘open up’. During kindergarten he was too shy to speak in front of his class and even to his teachers. I am so happy when his P1 teacher told me how well he expressed himself during his show-n-tell test.

Can mummies who have send their kids to NAFA Art classes can share their experience. Is it worth sending the kids to the art classes. Appreciate your feedback. Thank you.
