My Gal has arrived home from SF yesterday.
Half Expected her to grow Fat with The Big Portion of Ang Mo Food She Partakes there, but she gleefully tells me ....

That was a really long trip that she went! Wow still can lose half kg! She must be missing your yummilicious home cooked meal!

Actually if I were her, I'd also not feel excited. Afterall, she's already gotten a CO from a top school! So totally no pressure at all. How I wish dd can be like that too!

She's Been Taking Food Non-stop since she Woke up yesterday Morning ....
She Finishes Off 2 Bowls of Rice in the Early Morn with our Left-over Lotus Soup Alone (from the Nite B4)!

Even Quickie like Her Fav Tom-Yam Instant Noodles is a Treat!

Now I Secretly Wonder ....
Has She Put on more than a Kg since she's Back yesterday?

nothing beats more than having mama's home cooked food...

i remembered since young, i always loved what my grandma cooked, esp the chopped chix pieces stir fried with ginger & sesame oil that i pestered my mum to learn from her after we moved away. i wanted my mum to cook the exact same taste as my grandma till my mum got so fed up.

so whenever i went back home for dinner, even now, my mum knew exactly what to cook for me, without asking... :love:
