City gate can only buy if u want to rent to expats if not can forget it.. u went to see the dual key units? It is the size of hotel rooms.. -

We went to see whatever show rooms they have. Angmoh expats certainly won't like it 'cos the 3.3m ceiling is split into 2 levels. Upstairs is bed (must crawl to the bed). Downstairs is study or wardrobe. Really like a doll house. I think it is smaller than hotel rooms. 970sqft for 3 bedrooms dual key??? :siao:ngl2010:

That is why we didn’t buy mah… Anyway the rent there is going to be super ex n might be hard to rent out cos most investors bought with the intention to rent…
