Order from Dangdang

All this time, DD never update the item tracking number for my order. And China Post keep putting the kokkok DD carton (almost disintegrated) in their china post bag. Wish I could return somehow, such a waste of resources.

I also got that huge post bag before. My maid said the singpost delivery guy just dragged it on the floor from the lift to my door. So unprofessional.

Those bags are really sturdy. even had a cloth type once. Pity to throw away. But it's really filthy.

Had registered myself but i dunno how to proceed from there.
I cant seems to locate the \"books\" catergory.
The peeka bring me to this http://www.taobao.com/index_global.php website.
From there, how should i proceed on to order the books from dangdang?

Hi,

You just need to copy and paste the URL from dangdang over the url of taobao at the Peeka's website once u login to your account. There's a mommy with username \"tamarind\" did a screen shot of the steps in this forum. You may want to search for her id to see how to go abt it.

Just want to share my joy with both of that I finally received my books directly from dangdang!! A good 7 weeks of waiting! I am so happy!!

Tried Peeka as well. Service is extremely good. It’s pricier for the shipping but worth paying if you need the books faster and don’t want to have headache dealing with dangdang.

Still will get from dangdang directly because the price is simply irresistible! Hahaha!

Like to ask mummies who have used peeka before. Do you have their email address for customer service? I have some queries but couldn’t find an email address on their website.


Also, what is their handling charges? does it go by per item? or per order regardless of number of items?

Congrats! For DD, I quite give up worrying. So far, my orders have arrived safely and it’s just a matter of time. I still have not tried peeka. Anyways, have reduced my wishlist greatly after all these deliveries, so I shall enjoy the lull while it lasts.
