Hi! May I know if the waitlist registration really requires to go down to the general office to complete the registration? How long after online application do we need to head down? And the documents stated on the website are mandatory? Ie. 2 passport sized photos, immunizations records etc.

I submitted my waitlist application in 2021 and everything was done electronically. I only needed to go down to the NYK office in person after we were offered a place.
