Yes, you can just dump all the ingredients based on the recommended order. I used the delay function and I get the warm bread in the morning. However, as bread improver is not used, the bread is best eaten on the same day. Sometimes, i make french toast if I have remaining bread.

May I know if you are also using Zojirushi? I cannot decide what brand to buy. Don't want to spend so much on a breadmaker only to realise it becomes a white elephant a few months later. πŸ˜‰

Happy Mama, if you buy a bread maker, best to make every other day…then the machine will work very well. I find machines not used will break down faster. So it cannot be white elephant if you are ready to bake bread.

On whether bread made on Zojirushi are yummy and delicious etc since I saw in some posts that different machines produce different quality ma... πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‰

I have no intention of buying another bread machine, so cannot give you any more feedback other than Zojirushi is a good and lasting brand, but not sure if it gives good bread since I do not have personal experience with breads made by Zojirushi's machines.

WOW! Please pardon my suakuness... I didn't know a bread maker can perform so many functions. πŸ˜› You mean, just dump all ingredients and we can get freshly baked bread? No need to knead dough, let it rise etc?  This is fantastic!!! :celebrate:

Yes, that's basically what a breadmachine does. Just dump everything in the order listed in the recipe, press a few buttons and wait for freshly baked bread a few hours later.

Just to make you drool a bit more, a breadmachine can make french loaf, rasin bread, jam, kaya, etc. The list is endless if you know how to play around.

Confirm must buy already! πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‰ By the way, where to get the recipes ah? Does it come with the instructions on the breadmaker? Otherwise, how to have the right sequence? Wait put wrongly all messed up.

Hmmm, cannot imagine how a breadmaker can make kaya lei. So excited to try! :dancing:

I even used breastmilk to make wholegrain milk bread!

:!: thats really cool man :salute:

I even made yogurt with breastmilk!
And due to my interest in such craziness, I have tonnes of 'gadgets' at home!

Breadmaker, food dehydrator (this is really good!), yogurt maker, etc etc!!

maid wat all ingrediants are required for normal bread?

Basically, it's bread flour, water or milk, eggs, sugar, salt, butter or shortening and most important of all, yeast. Of course, these are not in the correct order of dumping into the machine.
