Yes, they are good, but maybe like I said, the banana taste is not that strong due to the choice of banana, but other than that, it is very soft and fluffy.


3 loaves because I do not have the Z machine. I am still using my Bluesky. I can no longer bake with it, but still use it to knead and to proof and bake the loaves in the oven, but they are no ordinary loaf pan, they are mini loaf pans.

The minis are cute. How long would you bake them for in an oven and at what temperature?

Thanks to autumnbronze, jtoh and schweppes for the banana loaf recipe. The banana pillows are here, but unfortunately they do not look any different from my ordinary white bread. Think blame it on the Delmonte bananas that my husband bought, so there is not much difference in colour, but the bread is definitely soft and fluffy!
