                From Tangs.

Managed to get 6% discount due to card. Couldn't use 20% bday vouchers as not allowed for electrical items.

Will bake tomorrow. Want to get to know machine first

BTW, If u change active dry yeast to instant yeast, normally it's 2:1 ratio

The bread would be ready at about 11 pm, ready for tomorrow b'fast πŸ™‚

Yeah, didn't expect a round ball of dough, baked, unbaked, successful or failure, can generate so much discussion that it is reaching 200 pages soon! :celebrate:

And plus, I am sure Tangs must be laughing all the way to the Bank! Just count the number of Z machines that flew off their shelves the last two weeks alone!

Now, think there is only LKVM left! Quite sure she is going to settle for a Z too. Let's see what she has to say when she comes online tomorrow! πŸ˜‰

Okie, just want to share that the lady promoter at Tangs was very nice.

She recommended this bread making recipe book to me, saying that once I become an old hand at it, can buy this book. The author has tried bread making recipes on machines with 3 different types of capacity - small, medium and large and provided recipes for that. So she said I can use the recipes intended for small capacity when I use the z machine.

I found a link with the pix and some details of the book:
