Managed to get 6% discount due to card. Couldn't use 20% bday vouchers as not allowed for electrical items.

BTW, If u change active dry yeast to instant yeast, normally it's 2:1 ratio
The bread would be ready at about 11 pm, ready for tomorrow b'fast

Yeah, didn't expect a round ball of dough, baked, unbaked, successful or failure, :love: can generate so much discussion that it is reaching 200 pages soon! :celebrate:
And plus, I am sure Tangs must be laughing all the way to the Bank! Just count the number of Z machines that flew off their shelves the last two weeks alone! :shock:
Now, think there is only LKVM left! Quite sure she is going to settle for a Z too. Let's see what she has to say when she comes online tomorrow!

Okie, just want to share that the lady promoter at Tangs was very nice.
She recommended this bread making recipe book to me, saying that once I become an old hand at it, can buy this book. The author has tried bread making recipes on machines with 3 different types of capacity - small, medium and large and provided recipes for that. So she said I can use the recipes intended for small capacity when I use the z machine.
