        The Kai brand that jtoh mentioned is sold in Taka. Alternatively, you can go Ikea to buy, or any PH shops. πŸ˜‰ I am just taking the opportunity to shop as well! πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‰

          I use big meat knife :oops: Just realized< I don't have bread knife myself πŸ˜„

          I use regular function

                      Looks good. So you substituted the whipping cream for the butter? How did you know you had to add more water, butter and yeast? And when did you add them?

                      I substitute half of water with Whipping Cream Milk.

                      I had to add more water and butter since the dough was quite stiff. And adding yeast the bread is heavier due to the Whipping Cream.

                      Let me make another one tomorrow and share with you all the change I made to the recipe from Z.
