Twins:
I've kept mine in the chiller for 3 days and there's some from last week still in the freezer ...I think 2 days at most. But put in fridge probably can last a couple of days.
Anyway, I think for most of us, loaf size small, and hungry children many, so shouldn't be around for more than couple of dayzz....

Just take it out to thaw for a while, then heat up in the toaster

Maybe I
yeah must ask someone who is hiding the machine in the storeroom
more in here and then one day, some kind soul would come up to me and tell me that they have a brand new B, all still wrapped up, sitting pretty in their storeroom?

Oops! Ya, I meant the reverse... only baking is spoilt.. somehow, brain and fingers not coordinating well today... very busy day...No, it's not time for a new machine yet, unless there is another brand new B hiding in someone's storeroom like in your case!
Current one cannot bake, but I can still knead and proof, at most use the oven to bake. Not really a big issue for me.

Yes sometimes prayer can be heard

Yeah, yeah, someone speaking from experience, hor!
-
25hourmaid:
Oops, no, it's my baking function that is not working though I am still able to knead and to proof with the machine, so no, no intention of getting a new one for the time being.

Oops! Yes I know... but somehow my brains and fingers not coordinating well, so mind thinking that baking is spoilt and kneading/proofing ok, but fingers typed baking is ok. :stupid: -

Why? Your brain thinking of beef stew but your fingers thinking of bread machine or vice versa? -

No it will still be as soft as before, but take it out a while before eating, and then just warm it slightly in the microwave... If you heat it for too long, it'll become \"rubber\" bread! Haha!!
