Current one cannot bake, but I can still knead and proof, at most use the oven to bake. Not really a big issue for me.

Oops! Ya, I meant the reverse... only baking is spoilt.. somehow, brain and fingers not coordinating well today... very busy day...

No it will still be as soft as before, but take it out a while before eating, and then just warm it slightly in the microwave... If you heat it for too long, it'll become \"rubber\" bread! Haha!!

No, I just came back from grocery.. wanted to make Mei Cai Kou Rou. Bought all the ingredients and happily went home... only to realise that I forgot one of the most important ingredient... MEI CAI!!! :stupid:

No Mei Cai, how to make Mei Cai Kou Rou?

So looks like now got to tweak recipe and change it to Kong Bak with Pau instead.
