Okie, I am lost . Why too much water :?
The bread looks very very good :drool: and the green is so beautiful :celebrate: :celebrate:
It raised quite well but it collapsed while baking. The texture also not smooth lots of big holes. If in normal baking (using pan and oven) we could notice the edge of the bread, if it has a sharp corner, most likely the bread was to much water -

I use the same amount for my choc bread and it turns nicely. It taste nice anyway
