Hi jtoh! Happy new year!! Yes I baked a raisin loaf for my aunty and her family on Sunday. Didn't take or post any pictures as the moment bread was ready I had to cut it even before cooling and rush off to her place for a celebration.

Ya and in the process caused some things to fly off the shelves .... bread flour, glass chopping board, cocoa powder, cheese etc etc ....

Definitely! But not me. My DH went round telling everyone about KSP. Guess he's more excited than me. Hahaha!!!!

I prepare choclate cake with choco chips and it turned out to be amazing.. but it rose quite well till it was just 10 mins remaining it made a hole in the center.. even then the cake tasted yummy and the hole didnt spoil the taste...
