Hi jtoh! Happy new year!! Yes I baked a raisin loaf for my aunty and her family on Sunday. Didn't take or post any pictures as the moment bread was ready I had to cut it even before cooling and rush off to her place for a celebration.
Did you bake any?
I need to do some baking today too. Out of bread.

I doubt my dd will take the onions if I put them in too. But are you going to use freshly grated apples or chopped? Or dried apples slices?

Erm, do you guys eat the bread or give away? Coz it seems that you are baking a lot! :!:
-
For me, I would say 50% given away and 50% for self consumption.

Eat all.
One loaf isn't very big and a small family can finish it in one to two days.

Let us know how it turns out.jtoh:
