Have not tried those, but I would use the same method as I would for pork floss. Spread mayo on top of the bun and then sprinkle with sugar. You would be surprised that the mayo would turn into a 'transparent' glue on hot buns. That's how I coat my pork floss buns like those sold in Bread Talk.

Yes I am talking about those sugar coated buns.. my kids love it... ok must try that... -

the number of breadmachines in ksp forum is very very tiny as compared to the vast population of singapore,
now esp with the influx of foreigners
surely make money ....
