      Have not tried those, but I would use the same method as I would for pork floss. Spread mayo on top of the bun and then sprinkle with sugar. You would be surprised that the mayo would turn into a 'transparent' glue on hot buns. That's how I coat my pork floss buns like those sold in Bread Talk. πŸ˜‰


      Yes I am talking about those sugar coated buns.. my kids love it... ok must try that...

      Must remember to coat it the moment the bun is out from the oven, otherwise the mayo and sugar won't stick.

        that's what i told her last year when i saw the photos of those buns she had baked for the picnic πŸ˜„

            the number of breadmachines in ksp forum is very very tiny as compared to the vast population of singapore,
            now esp with the influx of foreigners πŸ˜‰
            surely make money .... πŸ˜„ :love:
