Not possible, because the kneading blade will make a big hole at the bottom of you BIG bun and the filling will ooze out, depending on what sort of filling you have inside.ya, i am aware of...
oh....what i am thinking is after kneading and proofing,
take it out and stuff the fillings in one BIG bun,
next, put it back to bake, possible to do that?? -

Don't blame you for taking so long, after all, think the nearest Sheng Shiong to you would be the one at Woodlands, right? Have you tried Giant? -

Ya, that's true, I hardly see any Sheng Shiong near my place... No, have not tried Giant. Maybe I should try Giant first.
