instead of dried fruits, why not try fexperimenting with fresh mango bread, durian bread etc...By the way, I'm running out of ideas what loaves to bake. I've been baking all the various types of Fruit Loaf (raisin, cranberry, apricot etc) day in day out and we are getting bored.
