Was in an experimental mood today. Used strawberry emulco for red, lemon paste for yellow and pandan paste for green.

Wow Maid, are you into some baking and cooking overdrive today? First was Chilli crabs and now this colorful bread. I wonder how you managed to get the colorful patterns out. They look so lovely!

You know what my DD said when she saw the bread? Shesaid why are your sons so lucky always getting nice colorful bread and yummy food to eat. Hahaha!!!

I think I told you before. It's better to be my friend, not neighbour. Neighbour only gets free smells, no free food! πŸ˜›

Actually was quite easy making that rainbow loaf. First divide the dough into 3 portions, colour each portion, red (using strawberry emulco), yellow (using lemon paste) and green (using pandan paste).

The roll out each ball and cut them into strips.

Arrange the strips side by side in a repeated sequence. Then roll again to make the strips blend with each other, forms one big piece of flattened dough, but with multi-coloured strips. Repeat procedure 3 times then stack the 3 multi-coloured pieces one on top of each other and then fit them into the pullman pan. Tada .... hope I am making sense here! πŸ˜‰

Haha, please thank you girl for me. Tell her that her mummy is also capable of doing that! πŸ˜‰
